Sixth edition in Latin and fourth with this commentary, which was first published in 1476. The Liber ad Almansorem was a medical compilation in 10 books by the Baghdad physician Rhazes (circa 854-circa 935), "the greatest clinician of Islam and of the Middle Ages" (Sarton).
